Hero has been raising some pots (88, 99, TT) to typically $7 only to fold to 3bets with short stacks. Being playing for two hours. Hero not losing, not winning, just about even. Image not of a NIT but average. VpIp (20/18)

Villian 1 (275) Older white guy (60's maybe) probably a reg at Mirage. Made Cbets with mid pocket pairs with 1 overcard. Values pocket pairs and will call 3 bets OOP with 77+ KJ+

60yo regs prob not calling a near-pot c-bet with a gutter here, so AJ is heavily discounted. Also, he prob bets smaller with the immortal nuts. J9 is possible, if he has that in his l/c range, but I think sets and two-pair afraid of a straightening board are much more likely.

I prob fold here. There may be some worse hands in his range, but when a 60yo limp-calls and raises a turn, I usually want better than top two.

I'm folding OTT, his range looks like mostly sets and straights when he c/jams.

Fold b/c the bet is so big. I don't think villain is tryin to exploit you. You can have AJ, J9s, KK, QQ, TT and 22 to call with. Unless I've seen him bluff I would fold 22 as well.
