It's good to be unbalanced in this spot, because I'm guessing this opponent is bet/folding overpairs too frequently, and he is unlikely to catch on to what we are up to.

Live poker is beatable for such insane winrates because you can be super unbalanced in spots to exploit your opponents for the max, and no one will ever punish you for it.
