$500 max game, almost all have over $300 here with a few above $500. Very loose action table with a lot of pots being raised and going 3-4 ways. A few maniacs playing nearly any two and punting hard. Maniac on the button is drinking and actively trying to punt. He has gone all in blind for $100 twice after going on tilt. He's in basically every hand for the past 2 hrs regardless of action before him.
Maniac straddles button to $5
Hero in sb with KK and $450 stack flats $5
BB calls
UTG aggro player appears TAG raises to $20. Stack ~ $1100
MP tight player calls with ~ $800
MP loose passive player calls with ~ $400
Button maniac calls with ~ $150
Pot is now $90.
Hero? Obviously raising just looking for some thoughts on sizing. I am rarely one to go for the limp re-raise but this table was so juiced and the button straddle just made it such a good spot IMO. I generally play extremely tight from blinds when there is a button straddle. It seems like it's probably best to limp entire range from blinds on an action table when there is a button straddle.
Thanks

I'd go $130, or enough to just put button all-in. If you get 1 more caller, then you just jam any non-A flop. It needs to be at least $100, but even that size could start the daisy chain of calls if UTG flats.

$110-$120.
Yeah, we can go the "standard" $130+ but it'll still be a 2-street game even if we make it $110 or $130, and I think people will make more mistakes vs $110-$120. if HU, we can just 1/4 most flops and shove turns for about 60% pot

It's tempting to raise just enough that button can shove and re-open, but that's a bit risky. Just go $100 - $125.
