Correct Boy Wonder. overbet shoving the flop will get him to fold AA an extremely small number of times.

so you were bluffing the flop? you cant be bluffing and value betting at the same time, we call that clicking buttons. either you wanted a call from Qx or underpairs or yoou wanted AA to fold, cant be both.

That min 3-bet is AA like always. Just one of those things you only learn from wasting way too much time in casinos playing live low limit NLH.

Well I was bluffing against AA obv but didn't think his range was narrowed down to just that. As I said from earlier, the line I ended up taking was spew and pretty indefensible. I should of cbet a reasonable amount. The result would of likely been the same but makes more money off the hands I beat. I spazzed and got rightfully owned. I've done this in similar instances before. It's a bad leak but I'm getting better at recognizing it.

Yea this is very true and the entire reason I posted the hand. It was a silly thought that only crosses your mind in haze at 6:30.

Sure why can't hero have ace king,or some pair. Then this active thin betting player decides to push his pair or call down a bluff. It's five handed.

One thing I learned is don't try to bluff out aces unless its a player that likes to make big folds.

Something about aces that makes callers even when they are sure they are beat.

Habits developed where there is an Aces Cracked promotion.

Without your comments before the hand V raises pre. Result most likely the same.

He opens to 12
3bet to 40
4bet to 80? If he flats 40 then we can get away imo.

I doubt we'd fold to a 4bet of 80 considering his image.
But, is AA that obvious at that point?

Short handed six am online game yeah.

There is nothing in the read that indicates this sort of action is going on. But if Ray Zee was in the game no doubt everybody's range would be wider.
