V- in EP, younger guy, been at table ~30 min played 2 hands seems loose passive; ~$200
Hero in BB haven't played a hand since V sat down; ~$250
V calls $2 3 others call Hero checks in BB with K

Whats the play? I don't like his line but not much I can beat. River raise seems thin and begging for a call.
