Ok here's an interesting spot.

1/2 hero is direct position on table fish, he raises pre almost every hand, and calls alot of 3bets. $500 effective

Hero $500- mid 20s pretty lag image 3bet my straddle with Q8 when I rivered a straight and won a decent pot against an unknown hand.

Villain $750- playing everything like said above, obv table fish everyone trying to get involved with him.

Folds to villain who makes it $12 (standard) I call from MP direct on his left with A6ss. CO and BB call.

Flop $49- 10s 4s 7s Villain leads for $50 instantly. Hero smooth calls. FOLD FOLD.

Turn $149- 10s 4s 7s 10h. Villain checks hero checks.

River $149 10s 4s 7s 10h 3c villain checks hero bets $75 villain snap raises to $175....

And hero goes lol?

Sorry, you flatted the flop and checked the turn and your question is whether or not you raise the river?

Wrong street to start questioning, you potentially left a criminal amount of value on the table.

What's the point in having a LAG image if you won't bet your made hands into the table fish?

No. He's going to call a 3bet shove on the river without a boat? As ^^^ said, you lost your chance at stacks on this hand. Call and play the next hand.

Please raise flop!! Man there is heaps of money you left out there against a very loose player.

I'm pushing river over his raise.

Grunch

You misplayed this hand IMO. You flopped the nuts 250BB's deep. You want to get stacks in here asap. Raise the flop, $150-$200. Probably jam the turn. Both the flop call and the turn check were mistakes. As played call.

You don't want to raise flop because you think you might scare guy away. You want have decided to smooth call to make him think you are on a draw. However you have a LAG image, your raise doesn't yell flush like it would the other nits. Plus you want this guy to come along for big money so that is why everyone is yelling for you to raise.

On the turn you have to put in a bet. Put in a half size bet, but you have to bet to get the pot big enough for V to get his entire stack in.

As played I would still jam because at this point he could call with two pair or even the ten. If he had the boat, so be it.

Ime it's super hard to scare a passive player betting pot into multiple people.

Problem is what can they have to raise with? Passive player has to have something and you have the nut flush.
