Table is very limpy preflop. Very little raising but lots of limping.

Hero- $150. Tight image.
V1- $200. Not a nit, not too loose either. Pretty standard 1/2 player. Limps a lot. Only raises premiums pre.

9 players at the table. 6 limp to hero in SB. All players are loose passive. Not really necessary to go into details about all of them.

V1 limps the cutoff

Hero in SB: 67
Hero calls.

(Pot: $16)
Flop: 775

Hero checks.
Table checks to V1

V1 bets $10

Hero raises to $21

V1 calls after about 10 seconds.

(Pot: $58)
Turn: A

Hero?

Probably an action killer. I would bet small ($20) hopefully to induce.

BTW, forgot to mention that table folds around to V1 when I raise. Turn is heads up.

Would you prefer flatting V1 and then check raising/calling the turn?

I would probably lead flop. No on believes you have trips when you do so and so many hands call.

If you check/raise, you usually kill any action from worse hands, so either check/raise larger or lead.

The reasonable hands villian would have here would be 88/99, 68, 64. a 7, or overcards. Hope that villain has showdown value and lead turn and river.

yea im either leading every street or flatting flop and then re eval turn and river.

min raising flop really says you got a 7 imo unless we got some weird meta game going on.

Lead flop for $12.

Assuming one caller: lead turn for $25-$30.

Do not check raise the flop. You are basically waving a giant flag saying, 'I have trip sevens!' By leading the flop, we actually disguise the strength of our hand. The other main benefits of leading the flop are to build the pot, and charge draws. How is hero supposed to win a decent sized pot, if he doesn't start betting?
