New to LLSNL so sorry if this is an obvious spot, but I have run into similar spots in the past and I'm not sure what the right play is.

1/2 at Bellagio

UTG open jams for 36$
Hero(300) in MP with AKo

Five players to act behind me all with stacks > 200

I just got to the table so I have no reads on him and no one has reads on me. Is this a spot to ISO or do I wan't to get more people involved in the pot? If I should raise, what would the sizing be?

I wouldn't flat as you end up risking going 100 ways to the flops and having to x/f way too often. I'd jam to ISO.

How big was the UTG stack? You certainly don't want to go multiway with this hand, so 3 betting is definitely your best strategy. You will also get it in good most of the time against him or he just folds. You block AA and KK so don't worry about those hands, most of the time you have him dominated of you are flipping.
