So 300 bbs deep
Table is passive and I’ve been iso raising limpers a lot
Two to my left is bad lag 300 bb

V tends to bet too large postflop given the amount of blufffs he has, but can be dangerous, my plan is to call him down light when his line is weird and to donk turns and rivers if he shows weakness.

I’ve been raising limpers really wide especially in late position 56s+, 86s+, suited wheel aces, 88+ and he has started re-isolating me. So I’m tightening up a little, but I want to play big pots against him heads up as much as I can. (Waiting on seat change, is it dumb to try to win oop?)

So I’m in hj he is on btn, I make it 15 he makes it 45. Limpers fold.

I’m thinking of 4 betting JJ+, AQs+, AKo, and suited wheel aces to 150.
Calling 87s-QJs, ATo+, 88-TT maybe AA
Folding the rest.

Should I make other adjustments?
Rarely does anyone play back at me at 1/2, especially 300+ bb deep

I feel like with a LAG 2 seats down, taking shots at you PF, you should tighten up your range even more. By isolating, best case you scoop up some small $4-$8 pots. In exchange, you're stuck in these really tough situations with a $45 raise PF.

Why put yourself through all this pain at $1/$2? The whole point is to play big pots in position against bad players, not putting yourself in that trouble spot.

Tighten up and yes change seats as soon as possible. Get position on this guy and things will be a lot more fun haha.

is no one else raising pre ?
in the last 5 orbits how many times did you raise?
how many times did V 3-bet you?

when you fold or limp is V raising pre?

what if any has V shown down ?

you say your raising limpers ???
in your example how many limpers ?

Not without JJ+ or AK
I raised 15-20 times in 5 orbits
Got 3! A third or half of the time

V is raising when I fold but probably raising me light
Shown down K9o and A5s

Amount of limpers varies each hand

Sorry dude, you need to put that V on your right. His 3 betting is costing you some significant $.

I would rather chuck suited connectors and call with smaller pairs. If he's betting big post flop you're going to have a hard time drawing properly, but if you smack a set, you gonna get paid. I would probably tighten up my opening range more, and add in a limp re-raise range a bit. I'm not slowplaying AA with a call against him either.

agree with most of this ^^^^^^
I would limp suited connectors with other limpers in front of you and see how V reacts

a well timed 4-bet might slow him down
