Table weak besides one aggro reg that's only been at table about an hour but has been trying to run it over and playing and winning big pots. 30Ish wearing a "Run good" t shirt, knows dealers.
Whole table limps to hero on button with Q10 calls. Villian $(800) hero covers.
Flop 8 handed ($15) QJ10ss BB leads $15 call call call to me i make it $50. Original better shoves for $96 villian cold calls everyone else folds to me i call.
Turn ($320ish) 5s villian checks i check behind
River 10 villian leads $100, i obviously put him on flush, he has $600 behind. Pot is now $420 and we have basically the nuts. What do you raise to $300? $350? All in? Personally i didn't think he would stack off $600 more dollars with boat getting there, so is it just a value raise?
That "run good" tshirt is all the read you need. Shove.

(As for his range, I discount QQ and JJ because of the EP limp and card removal. He's more likely bluffing than betting a flush. He is expecting a call from a flush and a value bet from a boat. A polarizing bet forces him to consider the possibility that you are bluffing, and gives him incentive to call with a flush or a bluff catcher. I guess you don't have to shove to issue a polarized bet, but imo a polarized bet is called for.)

Reason: Either he calls, or not. Maximize profit when he does.
It's not as much as a shove as everyone thinks. You need to figure out if he is capable of folding a 9 high flush if you ship. If he is capable of folding flushes, I'd go $280. If not, obviously ship
I ended up making it $350, I thought he'd have to call giving the money already in, I thought hecould most likely find a fold for $600 more. He called and showed a 9high flush.

Mostly this, but you describe V here as a LAG trying to run the table over at a 1/2 game? Lol. He's not folding a flush.
