1/2 deep, to bluff or not? 1/2 deep, to bluff or not?

Full ring, loose table.
Not too much information regarding villian in HJ, but seems like he limps and call a lot.

HJ (500$) limps, CO limps, BTN limps, SB limps
I (700$) in BB check with 106

Flop (10$) K97
Checks to HJ , who bets 8$
Everybody folds to me, I check-raise to 28$, V calls

Turn (66$) K972
I bet (55$), V calls

River (176$) K972A
With zero showdown value, I bet 120$ and V insta-calls with 97

Could I play it better?
Overbetting the river to make him fold?
I put him all the way on flush-draw, seemed like in this loose-passive game was a lot of limping with all sorts of suited hands

Xc flop, xr is pretty spewy. If we didn't have back door straights i'd just lol xf flop.

Ott i xf. Flop was 5-way, he called your xr otf, no scare cards complete ott, dump your hand.

Otr I xf.

Flop xr is fine though I generally recommend a bigger sizing.. I think your sizing needs work on every street and it's ok to check turn once you you get looked up

You are essentially representing two pair or better on the flop. 99 or 77, wouldn't you raise pre-flop? This looks more like a flush draw, I prefer to call as your hand is pretty disguised, if you hit the straight. As played, turn bet is fine. I would give up on the turn, as the A hits his range more than yours and most AX hands will call here.
