I raise 99 to 12 in mp after 2 limps ...solid player on the tighter side calls and one of the limpers call. 32 in flop, 9qj rainbow checked and I make it 22. Solid player makes it 80 and a fish calls the 80....bb had about 50 more behind. Only thing I see him doing this with is qj or possibly kq...maybe aq.Do you guys ever fold here and just give credit for the the straight or JJ. Idk if he would re jj pf.

Pot is 214 and it costs you 58 to call. You're getting nearly 4:1 to call. Even if he showed you he has a straight, you should call this. Never fold.

Of course you're never folding this. He could have QJ. He could have AJ. He could have slow-played QQ/KK.

Even against a straight you shouldn't fold. Call flop, call turn.

You're getting about 3.75 to 1. You're getting the right expressed odds to draw against a straight. But V could have two pair or a pair/OESD, or even top-top.
You're only in bad shape against JJ. QQ likely 3 bets preflop.

So you're never folding. Would be nice to know how much you have behind, as well as the stack size of the V that raised. I would shove if you guys are short, but I would just call if you guys are deep.

I'm never folding here. The question is whether it's a call or a jam, and for me, it's probably the latter. Even if you're against a straight, you have some redraws, and there's no way you can put him on exactly JJ.
