1-2 home game

Villain 1 in the bb $85
Hero is in middle position 33 with $220
Villain 2 is in the cutoff and covers (from past history is loose passive, tends to overvalue top pair type hands post flop, especailly with a big stack)

6 limps to the flop pot is $12
flop
J63

Villain 1 leads for $10, Hero calls, Villain 2 calls, everyone else folds, pot is now $42

turn is 7

Villain 1 leads for $24,

What is my best move to maximize value in this hand? I think Villain 1 is pot committed so I would like to keep Villain 2 in the pot but get the most value.

Is this a flat or a raise on the turn?
If its a raise what amount?

Flat turn... hope for a call from V2. V1 is shoving the river anyways with like QJ

Have you seen V2 do anything as loose/stupid with top pair as cold calling a raise here would be? If not, I think you have to flat and hope for an overcall. There aren't many draws in his range, so I'm not too worried about giving him a cheap river.

Only way to set up stacks here is to raise flop...

Any reads on V1? I don't like the flat OTF (with BB leading into 4-5 opponents he's showing strength). I would prefer a raise so we can get stacks in by the river against opponents who are deeper stacked. At a minimum V1 has Jx here and I don't think he's folding. We also give him the opportunity to bet/3bet shove.

As played raise to $75 (put V1 all-in). He left himself with $49 so he's never folding to a turn raise but there are some scare cards on the river that might shut him down. We're trying to get V2's stack now and if we flat OTT we'll have to overshove the river to accomplish that.

Most of the time against bad/non-thinking players you can make a small raise on this flop. Especially considering your read of V2 and V1's stack.

As played flat turn and reevaluate.

A raised flop is a much better line to charge that draw and get value.
