1/2 bluff river w/ 4 liner?

Early in a session, hero stacked someone (flush over straight) and has been running hot preflop winning a few other hands at SD. We've played 15 hands and I've opened 5 of the last 6 hands pre due to strong preflop holdins (folded all the others). Only the flush/straight showed down, I flopped flush draw + 2 overs c-bet got called. I picked up gutter on turn and check called a 1/2 psb and hit my flush then shoved $100 into $140ish. That board was T73J8 so I 1 liner to the straight other guy had 89 btw and called river.

Villian not too many reads, seems competent I played with him once before and he didn't get out of line but he wasn't agro enough for me to call him a TAG either.

Otth:
Villain $200 hero covers vis in mp1
2 limpers to hero who raises to $15 in CO w/ AT, both limpers call

Flop: ($48) Q65
C, c, hero $31, V1 calls, V2 folds

Turn: ($110) 3
C, c

River: ($110) 4
C, hero? ($144 effective)

Ok so here is the reasoning for each street please let me know if you dislike anything even though I'm mainly asking about river.

Pre seems standard given position.
Flop after 2 checks on this relatively dry board I figured c-betting with my winning image was ok, I wouldn't say I have a range advantage here but it's a pretty neutral flop I think. I also knew given I've played 5 of the last 6 hands 1 bullet is probably not enough to beat 99 here. I figured I would fire a 2nd shot on numerous turns (K, J, or club, I would likely check back A because I think a lot of what I'd want to get value from would fold to my 2nd barrel).
Turn, this seems like a bad card to fire at so I'm essentially done w/o an A river.
River, hmmm can I use the prior hand to my advantage and ship 1.5x pot here and get him off Qx? I know there is basically no 7s in my range here but I don't think he is good enough to be thinking about that, also given turn checked through I doubt he's checking the river to me. That being said he probably sees me as aggressive because I am compared to most in this game.

Thoughts?

Re: 1/2 bluff river w/ 4 liner?

In reality how this is played and table dynamics there are literally no 7s in my range. I'm not raising pre with 78s because everyone is probably tired of me raising pre 5 of last 6 hands. So 78s is going in the muck. 77 I'm not betting flop with, I'd delay c-bet 77 here assuming turn checked to me.

I don't expect him to know this as I don't think he pays enough attention also we've only played 4ish hours together so lol 120 hand sample.

As the initial raiser it's hard for you rep many 7s trying to iso two limpers before you. I'd snap you off with bottom pair.

You don't have to try to win every hand you play. This is a huge leak. I don't mind the cbet with an overcard and backdoors but just give it up on the turn. This runnout is terrible for an initial raiser and most people understand that now.

Just check. You're going to get looked up a lot here as you shouldn't have many straights at all (would be a good spot to merge btw), and your ace high will win sometimes.

Yeah I need to focus on this. Basically as soon as I decide to play a hand my brain is fully on "how do I win the most money in this hand?". Sometimes I need to realize not loosing money is the answer to that. Not that I don't ever fold I do a lot, but just in general I need to realize that giving up is a valid option.

Thanks I did check it back, because that was my plan on the turn. When he turned over QJ it made me think. His range is so capped with this line that I wondered if shoving could be profitable.

2 reasons not to bet river. I think you get called by a reasonable player with any piece of the board. And you don't need to go out of your way to bluff reasonable players when there are probably 2-3 fish at your table.

This works against some elderly regs that only showdown nutted hands.
