Not sure what happened to orig post, but....

1-2 NL, Loose table. I cover stacks with about $750

I raise from button to $10 with J-9s. 4 callers - ( Pot - $50)

Flop : Ks- 8h- 3s

BB checks, loose EP bets $20 - everyone calls (Pot - $150 )

Turn: Qd

BB checks, loose EP bets $50 - 1 fold, MP calls, I call, BB raises to $200

(Pot $500)

Loose EP goes all in for his last $ 160, MP folds (Pot $660)

Its on me. I have 12 outs (flush draw and a 10 for a gutshot)

BB has another $150 behind. It's another $ 150 for me to call, giving me good odds, but...………..

I'm concerned that if I hit my flush,I'll lose to a higher one. I put BB on 2 pair or a set. Loose all-in player could have anything.

Is this an auto-call ?

So, you have three limpers and raise to $10 OTB? Way too small. I probably just limp with this hand, anyway. It plays pretty well multi-way.

Any reads? Regardless, flop is OK and turn is a fold! We could easily be dominated even if we are getting good odds, which I'm not sure of because I haven't done the math -- I'd fold regardless.

Pre too small and probably not a good spot to raise that many limpers in the first place.

You're getting 4:1 on a call and your draw hits about that often. Sometimes it isn't good and I think you have very little in the way of implied odds against BB when you hit unless it is an offsuit T. Some of your board pairing flush outs could also make a full house for BB. All that said I just fold.

The moral of this story is you made a mess raising pre to 10 against a bunch of loose limpers.

As played, fold.

You're getting good odds. But none of your draws are to the nuts. You don't know how many outs are live. Sucks to hit the draw and have it not be good in the end.

Just continue the spew and call. More than likely he checked a set twice or has so kind of 2p hand. Qxss is possible, 8xss is possible, but only a sliver of things as he should be quite wide still heading to the turn. Most of your outs most of the time are clean. Preflop is a mistake, you also ought to consider raising flop in this spot - not something I tend to like to do but calling a naked Jhigh FD is real bad.

Results:

I folded on the turn. The river brought 5s, completing th flush. Yeah, I would have won a nice pot, but it was basically a coin flip.

I agree that the pf raise was too small. The problem was, at this table, PF raises were getting called that were as high as $ 21 with questionable holdings.

The BB won this hand with K-8 off suit for 2 pair. The loose player didn't show.
