Villain is a bad reg. He has been playing over 50% of hands and is extremely aggressive in and out of position. He is also capable of making hero calls. Effective stacks are £200.

Villain (BTN) calls

Villain bets £20

Whats the best line to take here; shove now, call and lead the river or check the river?

Grunch from title alone: Donk out silly small and induce testosterone rage raise.
Post grunch edit. Bet flop. AP, bet turn. AP, it's kind of whatever, but I prob shove now while his FDs can still call. If we were deeper I'd min-raise to induce, but kinda pointless with not much more than that left.
