Folds to hero 80bb deep A

hero bets 7$ in HJ CO ~40bb calls SB covers hero calls

3 players on flop

J

SB checks hero bets 15$ Co raises 30$ SB folds hero jams for ~40$ more.

Thoughts on this hand?

Super standard spot. We are essentially in a coin flip vs JT and obviously villains range should be way wider than that. A min-raise often represents top pair and vs some villains we could actually get a fold here albeit in general I wouldn't expect one given the amount of money behind.

On a side note, you should post reads on villain as well as your image when posting hand histories as those are very important pieces of imformation but since villain is so short and we have such a strong hand here it's not all that important this time IMO.

In which case as long as all of your money gets into the pot, there is a very strong likeliehood that you played close to optimally.

Yeah, I wrote it down in my notepad JhTs5h but I copied it to 2+2 by accident.

I keep forgetting to put reads >.<

My image is a young white guy who is trying to make money playing disciplined. My opponent is a middle aged spanish man who is slightly lag post flop.

I would shove this 100% of times. Calling or folding is pretty poor play. I would try to show this hand as a lot of ppl will not understand and give you action down the road.
