I usually raise here. I figure Im ahead BUT want to let him catch up abit and fall in love like Ive seen before.
This would make a lot more sense with AA/KK as AK will flop a pair or better only about 30% of the time, and the chance that you both flop a pair and have him dominated is quite small.
Only in the very specific case that Villain is a big calling station, you could plan to wait to flop a pair and then value town him with his weak pair.
You describe Villain as a "loose-stubborn" type, so it's a very simple spot here. Villain here is not a very good player so there is no need at all to overthink and set up sophisticated traps.
Value, value and value. Checkraise the flop and shove the T. Simple as that.
His range is full of dominated aces and he will probably call all his stack off with these or with his draws (and by just calling pre you under-represented your hand which will give him one more good reason to call his stack with his AT or so).
If he's lucky enough to have you beat or to catch one of his outs, more power to him, you'll get his stack later.
