9 handed, utg fish who limps every hand limps and I make it to 14. One of the players is super short like 30$. Is this still too loose for most 1.2 games or standard? Do you fold this utg at any table regardless if loose or passive, is limping ever good here?

Standard. Don't limp this hand.

I would raise or limp. Which depends on what I think of UTG (obviously fishy but will he call a raise and how much will he lose post flop?)and how likely somebody else is to get involved.

The short stack doesn't really worry me here, if his range is so tight that AJ is marginal he won't shove often enough to be a problem and if he is wide you are well ahead. Either way you are priced in. My worry is that somebody after hero might get involved and the fish will fold. That leaves hero OOP with AJs and not a lot of dead money.
