I put him on 77-JJ, QQ borderline but I think hes 4betting it, KQ, AQ, or AK.
This is a a standard c-bet spot. Villain has shown weakness, and you have a gutter, and a bd flush draw. You can fire again on the turn if called, as there are a lot of good cards that can allow you to continue.
If you get check raised then you can fold.
