I'd suggest browsing more AA threads. This hand is such a slam dunk that your need to make a thread for this spot suggests more study will be beneficial.

Your preflop 3! size was fine. Many sizes were probably fine. You now have an SPR of just over 2 against this V. Step 1 is to realize that you are never folding here. On the flop, you want to do whatever action is most likely to eventually get all of her chips into the middle. Min raise was probably best. If she can have 2 overcards here and she might fold them to a jam, then jamming was bad.

You shouldn't have been hoping for HU with the raise. If any other V wants to put in 40 when you have AA and a stack of 220, you benefit. You are now less likely to win the pot, but you will win more when you win, enough to more than compensate for the fact that you're going to lose your stack more often. Trying to get HU is a concept that has no application to this particular spot.
