My first time with dealers, real chips, real cards and smelly people.

I have AA in the SB with 6 limpers, I raise to 24$ and get 6 callers.

FLOP: 234

So there's over 140$ in there and I have 340 behind.

One truly awsome fish (first time playing poker) has me covered. He called 55$ on the river the hand before with K high bc he missread his hand. He must have coolered quite a bit to get there.

Another guy with a vpip of 95% has a bit over 300$ left and a 40 y/o grinder who has been playing for 30 hours has 1200$.

The rest of the table has about the size of the pot or less left.

Hero shoves 338$

Hi, welcome to this forum. I'm not good enough to get a read from people being at a table being smelly or not, so I wouldn't mind an explanation of how that impacts the action. Otherwise, it was simply a gratuitous insult to live players.

Anyway, this is a strategy forum, did you have a question?

6 limpers in the sb I think the raise is a little small, especially if you think youre going to get called by 2+ people. playing aces multiway oop is not fun.

what is going to call you on the flop? seems like a really -ev play best you can hope for is pair and flush draw calls you.

Better to bet like 110 and evaluate what your opponents do. Depending on who it is, a reraise is going to be pretty gross but you probably have to call anyway depending on opponent. I dont see most players flatting your c-bet with 2 pair or a set.

You'll get flatted more by hands with a 5 or any of the other aces in the deck and also flush draws. So if you get flatted you can shove all safe turns.

Really? I think the raise is fine(for most tables), maybe a little on the high side even. I'd probably go 20. Didn't work out so good at this table, but $20 will usually get you heads up or taking down 6BB in this spot.

But yeah i'd bet the pot on the flop. Like dhg said getting raised sucks big time, you'll usually be calling though.

PROBABLY have to call? Huh? Hell yeah you'll have to call. If you did bet $110 with an SPR of 2.5, it would be an automatic call with your over pair and wheel draw.

With an SPR of 2.5, I agree with the "shove and pray".
