Hero 25 tight solid small bankroll lots of study
Villain 33~ mawg with beanie has a drink has weird behavior
For example stirs around a lot and a little scraggly / just sat down to my right

3 limps to v(150~) in co who quickly raise to 10hero(250) calls on button with A9spades
All others fold

($26)Flop Qs 7s 2r villain quickly bets 12 hero snap raise to 30 v thinks for 20 sec and call

($86) turn Jr villain quickly bets 26 I count up the pot and his stack silently In about 15-20 seconds and then call

138) River js v checks in the dark I bet 83$ Quickly To put v all in villain snap calls

Sorry he had QJ.

You could raise flop a little bigger so you can size up jamming turns. but otherwise the hand seems fine.

I'm probably not flatting a lot of A9s on BTN to CO raises, I'm looking to 3-bet or fold a lot.

I think the problem with 3-betting a half stack is we get into really awkward spots post flop.

The only issue is 3-betting an unknown. The stack size is fine.

I'd rather just fold here pre-flop. Learn more about our Villain.

Call preflop is meh, but fine. I'd probably just fold against a complete unknown, unless we anticipate most limpers to call.

Raise more on the flop. Make it $50 and jam all turns.

As played, turn is a pure odds play. 9 nut outs for over 4:1 odds plus IO is a pretty good deal. I doubt you have FE to shove the turn.

Why $83 on the river? Just shove. too shallow to bet-fold and too strong the check back. Pretty weird for villain to call the flop and make a small donk on the turn with a set. Also weird for him to check dark the turn with top two or a set.
