The fact that he is Asian, and is a reg leads me to believe that AK and JJ might still be in his 3B range. Regardless, this is a fold pre against that range since we don't have correct odds to set-mine, and are still behind his range on most flops. I also suspect that Fold>>>>Shove>Call in this spot as well, since we might have some FE against AK, JJ, QQ if we shove.
As played, on the flop a fold is fine, since most Vs don't cbet overcards often enough, especially on a low-card board when they feel they can't get their opponent to fold a pocket-pair.
