OK, guys, we're playing a 2-60 spread game, which means bets are capped at $60. It's Minnesota where you can bet $500 a hand on blackjack, but these are the rules for poker.
It doesn't really matter though because HU the bets don't escalate quickly enough. Main question is whether I should bother making the 3rd barrel or if it's spew. Comments on other streets welcome.
So...a tilting shortstack straddles for $4 and I make it $12 on the button with J
T
. The SB, a female asian player who is reasonably sentient but typical live player, calls and everyone else folds.
The flop is A
A
4
(pot $25)
She checks and I make a bet of $10. She calls.
Turn: 5
(pot $44)
She grabs a medium sized stack of chips as if to say "I am calling" before checking. I decide this is an act, so I bet $30. She thinks for a while and finally calls.
River 3
(pot $104)
Check, hero...?
