1/2/3 at Bay 101:

This is a $200 cap game and I'm $200 effective with initial raiser and ~$125 effective with BTN.

Aggressive player in UTG+1 makes it $10, varying his raise sizes randomly.

I 3b in the Lowjack w/ AKo to $35. It folds to BTN who cold 4bets to $70, original raiser folds. We are $125ish effective, so he has around $55 back. Am I ever just flatting here? I've found cold 4bets to be extremely strong live. Well, it just doesn't happen very often, so I assume it's strong. Do I just jam or can I get away from really unfavorable flops getting what will be about 4:1 if he jams?

Making it $70 with $55 back is super strong might just fold. You're not getting the odds vs KK+.

If you have reason to believe he might be FOS just jam.

There's no reason to flat. If you really think he's only doing this with KK+ then fold. Otherwise jam. Calling leaves a 1/3 PSB behind and you'll basically always have odds to try to hit an A or K on turn or river even if you whiff. I'd be happy to stack off with AK after 3-betting for almost 30% of effective stacks super short.

Getting 3.4-1, definitely not enough for KK+ range, but if you add in just QQ we have 30%. Maybe it's never same hand or QQ though. I'm new to live play so maybe it's just never anything but AA/KK.

No real read on the villain other than he has an open limping range and an open raising range. He couldn't get away from top pair in a turn x/r pot against a nit. Maybe none of this matters. How often do 1/2/3 players have anything other than KK/AA in their min 4b range?

I don't play in your game but this shallow you can see QQ, JJ and AK enough to allow you to call IMO, especially given blockers.

Tricky spot because of two opposing concepts, with (a) $125 stacks can go in *so* easily (at least in my 1/3 NL game) versus (b) we just faced a min cold 4bet (this is like AA always and sometimes KK). Really read dependent (including our image), but I think I lean towards a fold unless the both of us have been splashing around our chips.

Jammed and ran into KK. I'd have never thought twice about this playing online. Perhaps playing bigger live than I do online shaped my thinking too.

After the hand, when I considered the specific flop that came ( QTx ), it is clearly very terrible for my specific hand against a cold 4b range. This made me question the merit of flatting and folding on certain flops. Now after seeing your responses, I clearly should have at least given folding PF some consideration as well.
