You'd be surprised the kinds of gross folds players will make here.
He could easily have KhKd and have no intention of playing all in and folds
His lead out could be TT/99 and is panicing and wants to end the hand
The downside of a shove (running into a set or AA) is more than made up by the fold equity of taking down the current pot

I vote Fold.
Agree with the PF sizing being wrong. 28 does thesame trick (4x initial r). Thats if you like the 3b!. I dont, AJo is not the best hand to be 3bettibg here and SPR of 10 with it post flop is really not ideal. Over the long run, it will put you to a number of tough decisions.
100 donk bet in this pot indicates V is committed, imho. So a shove adds little to no FE.
You are most likely behind here, 30% to hit your flush and worse odds if v has a set.

Actually SPR is 4, even worse... Dont 3bet here, play a smaller pot in position with a good hand. If you get 3 bet by the SB reassess.
