I would think he's shoving for value. Likely thinks you 4 bet KK+/AKs. So you have a ton of A
x hands and a few sets w/ TT/JJ. It's hard to flop sets and he has a re draw if he got unlucky.
If he has reason to think you'll defend wide and are calling most everything you open with then its a little different as you would have more flopped flushes, but overall holding the Q
w/ the J
T
on board helps him a lot. It really comes down to how views and ranges you in this spot.
