Hand 1

V (~$110): Not your typical OMC. Very loose pre, would l/c with a wide range of hands. Pretty straightforward post flop.

H ($750): Looks like a young aggro punk but been playing pretty snug due to being card dead.

Pre:

(Hero posts missed blinds in UTG +2)

Folds to Hero with 34o and checks option
V calls in MP, CO calls, BTN calls, SB calls, BB checks

Flop ($12): 4 4 5 hh

Hero bets $10, V calls, everyone else folds

Turn ($32): 6d

Hero bets $20, V calls

River ($72): 5c

Hero bets $25, V shoves $115, Hero?

Hand 2

The very next hand...

Hero opens $12 with AcQd UTG+1, V calls, everyone else folds..

Flop ($24): Ad 2d 3d

Hero bets $15, V c/r to $50, Hero tank calls

Turn ($124): Qs

Hero checks, Villain shoves all in for $145, Hero?

hand 2 kind of depends on the outcome of hand 1. i fold in hand 1. hand 2 i think i like shoving the flop instead of flatting if we're going to continue. on the turn i think we have to call and hope he has 2 pair or the K of diamonds.

hand 1:

limp pre, then flat flop and turn are unfortunately sensible lines for hands that beat you for a player like this -- weak hands with a 5 that picked up equity on the turn and then boated up on the river like 56, 52s, 57s make sense... and then you have hands like 66 and 44 that make sense too. Occasionally he could even have a random 5x that was stubborn on the turn putting you on a heart draw.

If he's bluffing, he's either doing it with a heart draw or where he's turned his hand into a bluff, like a straight that got there on the turn and is rage shoving the river. But your bet, bet, bet line makes it soooo unlikely that he would go for a bluff here since it looks like you have a 4, a 5, or an overpair like 77 and are likely to call.

Hand 1 is a pretty clear fold imo unless you can pick up a convincing live tell.

I guess you folded based off the stack sizes in hand 2 -- did he show a bluff?

Hand 2:

This is such a gross spot. Notice that this guy flats pre, then seems to be trying to shove as much money in as possible on a monotone flop and often inconsequential turn card. I think it's pretty rare to see villains go nuts like this with just a flush draw. Most likely we are up against a baby flush, 2 pair, or set -- all of those hands want to get the money in on the turn, (and his shove on the turn looks like he's scared of another diamond hitting, which is probably what he puts you on given you flatted his check/raise on the flop). I think a king high flush is unlikely in this situation since he would not want you to fold a diamond draw. So your flush draw is probably good.

I think this is a call. You crush his 2 pairs and (unlikely) draws, and actually have decent equity against his flushes (11 outs) and sets (13 outs). I'd say you have somewhere around 40% equity against his range and you only need 35% to make this call.
