I am a pretty successful online player and play very balanced online but live is quite different. Been trying it out on and off for a year or two.
I have this weird fear that some of the better 1/2 players and even some of the worse will bluff a lot when checked to. Like, when they see you check, they assume you have nothing and bluff or turn a lot of their mid pairs into sort of bluffs. Like if i bet T84 and they call and turn is 5, lets say, it seems when i check they alwaysss bet and continuously I'm folding over cards and stuff. Like obviously, thats very exploitable if true but it makes it very hard when I am not flopping many hands (cause live 9 handed is so slow you can make no hands over a long period haha). Not sure, would like to hear opinions. Players always put you on AK also, its funny, tho true sometimes, as its a big part of TAG players ranges.
Also people don't really have 3bet bluffing ranges, and as a TAG, like people fold a lot to my 3bets, which are almost all value 3bets. Should I play polarized and mix in bad hands and show them? These are weird considerations I'm thinking about live.

If you think they will bluff or bet their mid pairs on low boards, be more inclined to check raise JJ+ on the turn. Obviously situ dependent, but if the Vs are consistently doing something you should be able to exploit it. Also you have to be prepapred to double amd triple barrel a lot more live than online

They aren't bluffing.

I would spend some time reading the stickies about live play. The struggle many online players have is that they learn how to play exactly one speed of poker. That's great when the top players are at 4BB/100 and you're exploited small weaknesses. Live has double the rake and as you mention goes slowly. A good player at 1/2 is winning an equivalent of 33BB/100 with the added rake. You want to learn how they do it.

And before you ask, it isn't answer you get in a paragraph. If it was, everyone would win. There's a lot to learn even after you know the basics.

I'll keep this open as long as it doesn't start meandering to a bunch of other subjects. However, the basic answer is they aren't bluffing often enough to make it worthwhile to call.

This is widely based off 2 reasons. Your perceived table image and your opponents playing tendencies/style.

Live poker we have WAY more front hand information then online. We get to physically see and hear our opponents and observe their behaviours & mannerisms . So stay conscious of your own image in the game. You sound like you're on the young side, and maybe look new to the casino environment. More seasoned regs and players would be able to pick up on this pretty well about you if you didn't know to watch for it. You may not even be aware of the physical vibe/image you put out while you play. If you're seen as Weak or passive you generally don't get respected and is why you feel like you are constantly getting bluffed out of pots. How you combat that is with Just more hours/game flow experience. Also giving respect to your opponents begets respect from your opponents. You would be surprised what seeing a player always winning when his hands get to show down would do for that persons image (a winners image) Even just 1 notable winning showdown can greatly improve your image. They don't have to be Aces and Kings but when other players see you scooping pots when your showing down your hands they will be inclined too bluff you less often.

Don't show cards, in general. Unless its to me.
Im curious what game/stakes you played most frequently online. The live games vs online are often mistakenly compared hand for hand but it's not a simple no brainer transition at all.
They'd be folding to your 3 bets alot if it's obvious your only doing it with your value hands like JJ+ ... Mixing up your 3bet, but then it becomes very very situational. (i.e) what do you want to accomplish by 3 betting. Be prepared and have an plans for that & what boards are good to follow?through and which aren't so great?

Good Luck in your transition
