Playing £1/£1. Villian is a tourist who's sat at the table drinking with a couple of his friends. Other than being a young guy wearing a hoodie, i doubt the V has really formed any viable opinion of Hero. Effective stacks in the hand ~200BB.
OTTH
UTG limps, Hero is UTG +1 with KcQc - Raises to £7, folds to V on the Button who calls, blinds fold, limper calls.
Pot - £23
Flop - Qh, 8c, 4c
Checks to hero who bets £15, V calls, Limper folds
Pot - £53
Turn - 6s
Hero bets £35, V Calls
Pot - £123
River - 9h
Hero Checks, V instantly throws in £70
Hero?

Thought process on the river check was something along the lines of giving V the opportunity to bluff at the pot with the intention of calling. I very much put QJ & QT in V's range here also so believe there's merit for going for thin value on the river also. Expect to have heard from V if he had a set before the river.

Thoughts on the hand as a whole appreciated.
