Villain is a semi-good reg, doesn't bluff much, has been running amazing over the last few weeks and is winning a lot.
One of the better and tighter players at the table.

1/1 - 9 handed - 250 eff
No huge fish at the table, full of bad regs though.

I'm dealt 77 in MP I open to 10
folds to villain on BTN, he calls

Flop: 643r (20)
Hero bets 10
Villain calls

Turn: Q (40)
Hero checks
Villain bets 15
Hero ? (I call)

River: 4 (70)
Hero checks
Villain bets 30
Hero ? (I call)

Is this standard?
Or am I bleeding money calling these small bets with 2nd pair?

I should probably be betting turn big right? Like 30?

Depends entirely on villain. Against a guy that doesn't bluff much call the turn and give up on river. Your hand is just a bit too good to give up to first bet, particularly a small one. When villain bets again on river he can probably beat 77.

The thing about these situations is that you really have to know your villains. You will run into fish bad enough to bet 6X for value twice when you don't bet.. You will run into ones bluffy enough to bluff turn and river.

If your playing against regulars that you play a lot you will also have to check a few value hands on the turn and let your opponents try to bluff you off. This is simply for balance, showing that not all of your turn bluffs are weak hands.
