6 handed, 1/1 NL post-tournament cash-game.

V ($150): Late 20s white male, loose-passive player. Has a tough time folding pretty much any pair, but did fold TPNK about an orbit ago to hero after hero raised pot over his donk + a call (hero showed down the flopped nut straight w/AQo as the PFR). Has a decent amount of history with hero, as in the past few times this cash-game has run, hero has stacked V by value-betting him to death, or having V overvalue TP+ type hands on non-flush boards. However he has seemed to convince himself that it's only because he is unlucky.
Only raises AK, TT+ pre, he limped AQo earlier on in the night, and does it frequently. Gets very MUBSy on flush/straight/paired boards.
Plays draws passively, and tends not to fold when he improves on the turn. Also sometimes calls flop with naked overcards hoping to improve, and can spas out with TP type hands when he thinks he might be against a draw.

Here's a hand I played with V at the end of the previous session with him:

3 limps to hero in SB w/79o who checks, V checks BB. Flop 357r, hero bets $5, everyone calls. Turn 9s (FD), hero bets $35, V shoves for $100, folded to hero who calls and wins against j9o.

Hero (Covers): 20yo Indian, has a winning image, and has generally shown down strong hands in the session, and throughout my history with V.

Onto the hand:

Folded to hero in SB w/K3 who checks. V quickly checks as well.

Flop ($2): K 5 8

Hero bets $2, V tanks (lol) for about half a minute then calls.

He clearly has a very weak hand from this, and never even has 9x or 5x as he would call faster with those. His range here seems to be Ax or a GSSD from how long he took.

Turn ($6): 2

Hero bets ($5), V almost instantly calls.

Is the only way this turn could have changed a tank call into a snap call could be a club draw?
Should I be betting this turn given how weak V was OTF, and that most of his GSSDs are drawing to 4 outs, and V is still likely to pay off hero if he binks any pair OTR?

River ($16): K

Hero?

Given V's instacall on the turn after the tank-call OTF, does he always have a club-draw which got there on the river?

This river is normally a b/f for me against this V, but given the glaring timing tells he gave off OTT, is this river actually a c/f?

I'd still bet/fold. It's bvb with trash ranges preflop. Combo wise there are way more 8x and 5x in his range than Kx or flushes.
