Villain 1 and Villain 2 are very aggressive. both playing almost every pot with marginal hands. Hero ($200) on the button 9 10 been playing TAG. Villain 1 ($250) small blind plus a "kill" $4 . Villain 2 ($400) is in the big blind $2.

Villain 2 opens to $8 which is the opening bet for a kill pot in that game.
Hero calls $8 with 910
Villain 1 with the kill and has last option makes it $32
Villain 2 calls $32
Hero calls $32

pot is now $92 ($4 rake)

flop is 574

Villain 1 bets $45
Villain 2 makes it $100

Even with position and aggressiveness of opponents I don't know if you can get away with playing that hand to a $32 3-bet with only $200 effective stack. But if you are going to play it, you got your dream flop so ship $168 for a minimum $477 pot.
