There is some sketchy bits on the loops down here that either means drive 3 blocks or finish early enough to beat traffic across Colorado... that even sounds lame to me now...

I decided to just do it for myself and not wait/start another challenge. I pretty much gained everything back and then some from the previous one .

I started on Nov 1st with a starting weight of 217.5. As of this morning, I weighed in at 203. So in 9 weeks, I've lost 14.5 pounds and am pretty happy with that. I don't really have a target goal weight, though it would be pretty cool to get back to where I was when I met my wife and/or got married which was ~185. We celebrated 18 years this past Oct.

It's pretty amazing. Since I started this, my enjoyment of exercise is at a high that I haven't been at for at least 12+ years. I'm walking about 25 miles a week and starting to mix in some kettlebell workouts. It's a good feeling and even though I've been running like total dog crap poker wise and my work has beat me down pretty bad over the last 4+ months, I'm feeling great emotionally as well.

I had another failed 5/T shot at bovada LHE. Sigh. Home games still good though.

Huge bovada update pushed this week: about 20% faster action, at the expense of all stud tables being removed.

Better than me. I been playing whenever I have some free time (not much) and bouncing around between .25/.50 and .10/.25 on Bovada Which one I play depends on what table I can get on the the quickest

Well I'm back down to 25/.5 after a bad couple of sessions. I'm trying to treat the money on their as if it was my full bankroll so I am trying to stick to a 300BB rule for a level.

I only played the one session and other than my horrible performance I had no issues.

Went and checked and today for some reason all my sounds are back. Having no problems at all now.

I've been looking at your recent photos. They're so good that I'm not sure if they're inspiring or proof that we plonkers have no hope.

I have a buddy who shot a movie that I told about your photography. He also takes great photos -- most of the winter biking shots you've seen from me were shot by him. Fun to hang out with people who are good at stuff, imo.

In Leroy fitness news, I've gotten into Obstacle Course Races. I'm going for a Spartan Trifecta this year. Sprint in Ohio, Super just north of Chicago at the tail end of a family vacation, and Beast TBD (probably Vermont or Peoria, IL).

Semi-laying groundwork for a couch/guest room for a night or two if anyone happens to be near those Beast locations. Hotel not a big deal if it comes to that, but saving a few hundo is saving a few hundo...

Working primarily on my running base ATM (treadmill intervals with varying inclines/speeds/recovery times). Will start weekly longer runs in March. Continuing to improve my lifts as well a la Wookie (squat at 225 3x5 and bench at 165 5x5 currently).
