i think preflop is fine vs this player on the button or CO. i would fold in all other positions.
im willing to be a 55-60/40-45 or so dog in position with blind dead money. theres also a good chance if villain think your a nit that he/she will fold all unpaired Ax hands to a flop + turn bet.
