167.8 this morning. Another key is to not have enough food in your apartment because both of you get unlimited free food at work, then to stop going to work for 4 days.

Nice hand. Pretty sure there is a Google 15. Is there a Commerce 15 as well?

Over/under on # of buffets we eat in Vegas next weekend? 0.5?

I'm not entirely sure avoiding buffets is the way to eat healthy in Vegas. There aren't a lot of healthy options, and at least with a buffet you can pick the stuff that looks the least objectionable, rather than ordering a chicken breast somewhere else and finding out it's got a 500-calorie sauce drizzled on top.

I'm also convinced the buffets are probably one of the more economical options as well. Yeah, it's $35 for a meal, but that's pretty cheap compared to what my friends and I spend when we're not eating buffets.

Also, 192.5 (-6.0), which is probably an abnormally low reading, but I'll take the small victories where I can get them.

The way to eat healthy in Vegas is to avoid me. That said, I've extracted a blood-oath that jesse and his SO will be joining the wife and me (a few others will be along, too) for a "take-out, drop-in" dinner on Saturday evening. Bubblemint and I are coordinating the menu, which I'm sure will be a low cal, low fat affair prepared by one of his Italian friends in Vegas.

Jesse may not get the kind of upswong he's hoping for in Sin City.

If this is anywhere nearly as awesome as I think it's going to be, I'm going to feel awful bad asking you to settle up the WSOP hole I dug.

Don't get me wrong I'm still gonna ask....but I'll feel a little bad doing it. Then I'll be like "hey look babe money" and will poke my lady friend in the arm and be like "you remember when I used to have this stuff, right?" and she'll look at me kind of funny either because she honestly can't remember or because she works in the real world and I'll say "you know, actual money, not just numbers on a screen, like when they give you your bonus". After that I'll probably click my heels together, giggle like a school girl, and order another drink.

You will not have the opportunity to ask me for the money I owe you. It shall be passed before we shake hands.

I figured as much. The real question is if the beer will take silver or bronze.

She is warming up IMO. I'm considering offering bonus action at 155 which would be a downright preposterous achievement. Pretty much the only thing note worthy I've done in my life this year other than becoming Leo's friend if I could do it v

Losing 10 - 20 lbs is as easy as AA being the best hand preflop.

Keeping the 10 - 20 lbs off after a long time period (let's say a year) is as easy as AA being the best hand when the river card falls.

Yeah, I weighed in at 197 on day 1 and day 2 I spiked up to 199; a few days ago I spiked down to 192 but went back to 195 the next day.

I think you're still crushing pretty badly but there's probably an element of luck in terms of whether your last weigh-in is a downswing up upswing.

I mean yeah worst case I'm gonna post like a 165 on judgement day and I'll very likely make the < 162.

I think avoid is avoiding more than the 9 to 5 these days
