Game is 3/6 live. Very passive, sticky, not too loose table. Passive: Very few raises preflop by anyone other than me. If someone raises me on the turn, I can basically read their hand. People checking down solid winning hands on the river. Looks like people trying to get the high hand promo. Sticky: Lots of calling down bets heads up with middle pair good kicker or top pair weak kicker. Not too loose: Average of about 4 to a flop, but also at least one chop of the blinds per hour. 6-7 to the flop pretty rare.
I apologize for the lack of specific details as I am working on remembering live hands more accurately.
Got TT three times in this session, once from LP and twice from MP.
LP hand: two limpers to me, I raise from button. SB folds, BB and limpers come along. Four to the flop.
MP hands: 1(or 2) limpers to me, I raise. Similiar action about 3-4 to the flop for a raise.
How aggressive should I be getting on these kind of boards:
Flop 1 A
4
6
Flop 2 K
J
3
Flop 3 7
8
4
I am looking at most of the table playing preflop: any ace, K9o, QTo and up, and all suited connectors up to two gappers(to hit the st8 flush for the high hand), etc.
Flop 1 and 2, I bet when checked to me, but then shut it down if I got multiple callers and the turn didn't help me.
Flop 3 I bet out, and fired another barrel on the turn to a non-spade.
I had a nice session over all, but I left thinking I was too passive on these type of hands.
Appreciate all the insights on this board. I enjoy reading it daily. Be well.
