poker task (PS, 6 max, nano)

the opponnent played carelessly but not pure gambling (I googled that he played mid-stakes tournaments 3 years ago).
He raised with 10-7o UTG but it was like random move (conbet into three guys without hitting and shut down).
He raised 75o button, conbet into BB on A-Q-5 and call down.
He limped a lot.
I watched him bet into blinds on the flop 3 times (limped pots; we gave up). Definitely it looked like a pure steal.
He posts a blind UTG (after sitting out), SB limps, I check with Qd4d. Flop AdAxJx. He bets, sb folds.
I folded but wanted to raise for about 5 sec.
Call down with q high?
Lead?

Raise pre and lead flop.

Interesting.
but it's kind of impersonal line. I'm thinking now how i could exploit this guy.
He bluffs the flop way too often; if he checks he almost always gave up.
by raising I make the pot bigger and they can start drawing to a draw. The only clear great flop: A-x-x

With a very aggressive player checking his option, his hand must be very bad.
I don't know what reads you have on the SB but they likely have junk too.

While Q4s isn't a great hand, it should at least be ahead of both player's ranges.

And this is a great flop for your range against theirs.

As played I'd probably check/call down on most runouts.

I'd much rather call here than xr. Not sure why we'd turn our hand into a bluff, the pot is small so denying equity to random 2 cards isn't that vital.
