I love it. Over 20K hands to get there, less than 5K hands to get back. Welcome home, d1ckhead.

I can't even comprehend how hot you would have to run to win that much over 20k hands playing the way he does.

That's funny because I'm up quite a bit from poker, including at 10/20. Just because I like to talk a lot of **** in chat doesn't mean I don't know how to play.

You made a bigger mistake by not quitting him preflop.

We only played 70 hands and he didn't play that well imo, but small sample size-if you say so I definitely believe it.

ps Has anybody ever recovered from being a chronic chat abuser?

going completely by results, and myself, never playing 1 hand of HUHU, I'd say Stewie is one of the best HUHU players on AP.

Also, when he 3bets the river, I think he's going to have a straight way more than he will have runner runner'd two pair.

Also, this hand is THAT bad by him, he has to peel the flop with 6ish outs most of the time, then he turns a gutter, and he has up to 10 outs, then he rivered the nuts.

i mean, if he c/r/capped the flop, then got there, sure, but this hand looks pretty standard to me. (i have played 0 hands HUHU, so if I'm wrong, who cares)

Yea, you are right, still sucks tho, lol. Yea, after we played I looked him up and damn, he does well! Glad I didn't look before, I won a few hundo.

That hand seems absolutely standard.

The only questionable thing is your river cap, when he donks / 3bet.

You are correct. The more I think about it the worse I played it.

OK, just a question about AP/UB. Didn't they merge a while back? If so, why does Poker Site Scout list them separately? Is UB a skin of the network? Also, my PT stats for UB show the rake at 3/6 at about 3.0 bb/100 (I know it's not the same depending on style). Does this sound about right? Thanks.

He would limp a random 58 offsuit hand cap a gutter to your set and presto river the nuts.... Very easy IMO.

YES... Recovery is easy... Get your chat banned and don't ask for it back... Thats what I did.

Free advice with substance ... eat plenty of fibre.

She is one lucky woman, I'm sure.

Although, you ought to be banned for insulting a woman in a public forum without her permission.

Me too. In fact, the coach I hired insisted I email support and have my chat priveleges removed. Has helped my game a lot. I was the worst. I have had AA and KK time out on me more than once because I was busy explaining to someone what a moron he was. I'm not proud of it, but confession is part of the recovery process

My concern is not whether this thread meets your entertainment needs; it's that it conforms with the well thought out rules that allow this forum to function and fulfill it's purpose of helping players to improve their game. The purpose of this thread is to help people make more money and play better on AP not to provide a place for people who play on AP to gossip about each others personal lives. That kind of thing is allowed up to the point that it starts to interfere with people being able to learn. Over the top bickering and offensive discussion deters people from participating and asking questions, and thus will not be allowed. If that's way you come to this forum, you're going to continue to be disappointed.

As to mntbikr, I'm not sure what more there is to say. The guy was constantly out of line and over the top. He was given two last chances after multiple warnings, and then he came back from a three day ban with a death wish. He got what he wanted.
Clearly understood & excellent points.

First off, you guys have tough jobs. My post could only be interpreted as criticism, and for that I apologize.

In all honesty I haven't seen anything in this thread that I thought was over the top other than the young girl crap, which was mostly funny too.

I didn't see anything bannable (cool word) in bikr's stuff, but that's just me. You gotta do what you gotta do, yada yada.

I admit I don't contribute strategy to this thread, LHE is not really my game, I come here to improve at the game, and to see what's up at AP - this is the best thread I have found to do that.

In defence of my delicate feelings, I have to add that I have joined in strategy discussions at 2+2 in the past, when I felt like I had something to add, and I hope to continue to do so when I can.

Cheers

edit:

nevermind, he joined over a year ago.

Not to mention that I just posted this hand, which would make it impossible for me to be two people. Or does that work? Perhaps it could
2. I did show up out of nowhere in the attempt to improve my game, but it looks as though the Absolute thread is not the pleace to be

Been there, done that. Nothing like wasting a winning hand so you can call someone you don't know an 'idiot mofo'.

I asked to have my chat banned 2 months ago & wish I had done it 2 years ago.

I can confirm from personal experience that it is a sound strategy.

On AP it is very easy to have your chat ban removed. All you have to do is threaten them (say your changing sites) and it is restored in minutes. With that said, it is very difficult to get chat banned on AP, have to be pretty vulgar to do it, i.e. mntbikr18

I believe talking/getting someone else riled up can help you also. When your talking trash, it seems like your bluffing and people want to bust you. But thats just from my expierence!
