I'd love to hear what the lower stakes regs thought of me. For the love of Christ, no amount of studying or coaching could make me a winner in these games after the AP/UB merger. Before then, I was very happy with the way things were going.

I think I remember betaphish back from my small stakes days....thought you were good/solid/tough. It's tough to beat the small stakes rake traps, but you had 100% rakeback if I'm not mistaken. I assume you are saying you couldn't beat them b4 rb, not after, right?

Yeah we played a lot Palo, before you moved on to higher stakes, leaving me in small stakes hell . Yes, I was always winning after rb, but before the AP/UB merger I was winning at 2/4 and 3/6 pre-rb as well. Afterwards, my monthly take started to slowly shrink.

If you look at my PTR it only shows results for SNGLMOMOF2, but you can see that post AP/UB merger things go downhill. Looking at a lot of other regs after this time period, they have similar graphs as well. Must have been much better UB props than AP props or something or other, I dunno.

Actually yes, and very hard to find one that looked legitimate (well, it took me maybe 1/2 hour worth of Google image searching. Then it turns out that another prop, MRDONKALOT, well apparently the pic I chose were HIS KIDS (well, one of them was his kid). So, he uses the same pic as his avatar. I'm like, "wtf?" and he's like "those are my kids" and, given the effort it took on my behalf to find that specific pic, there was like a 10% chance he was BSing me (seriously, I dug pretty deep for it), so out of respect I e-mailed one of the prop managers to remove it and was left with the AP logo for life. What are the odds of that?

I still can't believe all of that went down, as having that avatar with the name SNGLMOMOF2 was great... not that there's anything wrong with that.

I can't say for certain but I don't think there were many, if any small stakes or mid stakes props that won before rakeback. If you got 100% rb and beat the game you were soon asking to be a high host and avoid that lame schedule thing. So glad I made it to 30/60+ stakes before the merge, no chance I could handle a schedule...that's half the reason I became a pro poker player.
