Ya, we talked a lot. Other than that altercation I really thought he was a nice guy. My name never came up either when talking about the prowess of MN lhe players.

I gesture for him to turn his cards over (I am very curious as to what he played this way)
this is so lame but not surprising at all. its not enough for you to win a big pot, but you gotta try to embarass your opponent.

arent vegas rules that last person to initiate action has to show? some live reg should know, pokerbob, deathdonkey or ninawilliams would probably know. anyway, seems like an angle shot on your part to boot. stay classy.

I'm not sure which is more prevelant in Vegas, but in B&M's in general some places make it last to initiate action, others make it last to initiate river action. Since the river checked through, according to the latter rules villain would be the last to initiate river action since he was in first position.

I don't know vegas rules, but in MN villain should be showing first since river checked thru...this was more of an etiquette issue afaik

So I played 20/40 at the mirage the last night of my trip. Played vs a regular and it was 4 handed so this situation came up a lot. Example. I have tp oop on the turn, I bet, he raises I call. River is a scare card, we both check. I verbally declare I have top pair, he still waits for me to show until I flip my cards over...then he shows his top 2...I mean, he obviously knows he has me beat and he still makes me show. I had no problem with this obviously. I even asked him about it...he said that it what he is doing is the standard way. So ya, I guess your attempt to tarnish my reputation fails, sorry Vic.

But seriously, plz explain how this would ever be an angle shoot? That remark made me lol.

Also, props to AP cashouts. For me at least they are handling the cashout thing great. I was waiting until I got back home to deal with the issue of my last cashout. When I logged onto the cashier they had already refunded me the money, plus fees, plus 200 per check that bounced. Well done AP.

I had two outstanding 5k checks that I was told were no good. They refunded the money plus 200.00 for each check and I talked them into a free wire transfer to get my money faster. They did a good job in getting me squared away. Payouts, are one area I have never had many problmes with AP/UB on.

Victor has no chance. I met Palo irl and she was not turned on by me AT ALL. If this isn't proof of her lesbianism I don't know what is.

I'm x-posting this because we are in a very critical time for the future of secure internet poker. Lawyers are on the case at this very moment and if we flood letters, we can put some pressure on politicians to stop UIGEA proceedings. We NEED to get as many 2p2ers writing these letters as humanly possible...
