I’ll take you at face value that opp is tight/weak in general and that you have a history to say that.
But in isolation, sb isn’t weak - hero was the weak play! Turns out sb was just playing unimaginative ABC poker. And if I’m winning those kinds of pots by playing that way, I’ll take it!
When sb checks the flop, that’s when the bluff should have occurred. The preflop raise & call followed by a flop check is mostly either something like AK that missed the flop or a trap with QQ. A reasonable bluff that looks like a value bet on the flop will often get the 1st case to fold.
