I've heard from a few people recently that you can't subscribe to the site or sometime it will let you but then it doesn't unlock the content you have paid for otherwise definitely would have checked them out on there for sure.

I got an email inviting me back to DC a few months back. The site looked super shady so I avoided it.
I signed up about two years ago. None of their content worked and I couldn’t get in contact with anyone. Sad, because they are probably the only site that ostensibly offers mixed game/LHE content.
