I agree 3 betting the flop is the way to go. I won't be taking one off a ton on such a dry board so calling is suspicious.
I also agree that bet/folding in an attempt to squeak out an extra bet against an unknown is not wise. I discounted a set because I would assume she would 3 bet the KK's and 88's pre but who knows. Not many combos of K3 or 33's left. I heavily weighted her holding to be K8.
