8-16 limit. You hold AsKh on the button. Hijack raises, you re-raise, BB calls and hijack caps it with you and BB calling.

Flop Td7d7c. Hijack is a player reasonably loose and modestly aggressive but not overly so.

Hijack bets, do you fold, call or raise?

what’s his 4bet range here? typically against aggressive players I would start with a call

I would guess TT-AA (or AK-AQs) but I could be off.

The original raise and re-raise came late so maybe it should be wider (88-AA and ATs- AQo) or better.

This game is pretty loose with not a lot of 3-betting pre-flop.

I'm usually the one to 3-bet to try to isolate only to get three more coming along for the party as well as the original raiser.

I’d start off with a call on the flop

PS: My cap range as HJ Maniac mode 55+, 65s+, 64s+, J9o+ vs Ninefingershuffle, Sheseasy on button.

PS 2: Cap range as HJ Nit TAG mode KQs+, AKo, TT+

Tldn 0% Ninefingershuffle or Snap It Off lost this hand imo

In this sort of spot, you should almost always consider raising the flop if it is going to improve your chances of winning the pot by forcing the BB to fold some equity. In this case, although you might fold out something like J9 or J8 that could hit a gutshot, I don't think it is worth raising because you very well may need to make a pair to win, and if so, it's a pretty unlikely parlay that you both make a pair and lose to a hand that will fold for two bets. I'd be much more inclined to raise a pair. Here, just call, and keep in mind it is going to be very hard to fold AK in this large pot even if you do not make a pair.

PS: 8/16 @ Canterbury Park in MN is a ZOO with monkeys / LAG fish.

OT: Regs, at with WTSD close to 100% with agg factor likely around 5 at Canterbury Park.

Tldn, think Snap It Off played at Boat (guessing Grand Victoria in Elgin, IL)

Start by calling. What’s the turn action?

call

more interesting question is what you would do with JJ or QQ. i might call flop and raise brick turns as a free showdown raise.

Raise flop with overpair. It’s 3 way, I would hate to lose value because I tried to fps

you sure raising JJ is for value in that spot?

Yes. A reasonably loose and aggressive HJ would definitely have AK and AQ in their range. Also, would help what they think of you. If they think you are anything except for a nitty TAG, may be able to add 99 and 88 in there as well.
