Villain is a good, GTO-aware player.

Winning Poker Network (Yatahay) - $0.50/$1 (6 max) - Holdem - 6 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

Hero (CO): 107.19 BB
BB: 28.63 BB (VPIP: 44.26, PFR: 33.14, 3Bet Preflop: 18.01, Hands: 736)

SB posts SB 0.25 BB, BB posts BB 0.5 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 0.75 BB) Hero has 7 7

fold, fold, Hero raises to 1 BB, fold, fold, BB calls 0.5 BB

Flop: (2.25 BB, 2 players) 4 J K
BB checks, Hero bets 0.5 BB, BB raises to 1 BB

Villain has close to the right amount of bluffs in their range.

Call down and fold to an ace, ten, or third diamond?

Tough spot, but I would start by calling the flop. I'm not sure which turn cards I would fold, but obviously the very bad ones (AQT).

There might be some boards where we need to turn our hand into a bluff, I'm not sure.

I'd call the flop raise and reevaluate the turn.

A few questions:

a) does he ever have 65cc?

b) does he always fire the turn?

c) does he ever check raise the turn?

If the cards run out turn K river J, what we're left with is 7-high. I'd bluff with that.

(a) Yes. (b) No. (c) I don't recall, but they ought to if they play like I think they do.

I have 22+ in the CO so unless it runs out 2c 3c I'm kinda doubtful. Maybe you're opening pairs tighter...

Some added info, underpairs or better make up about 48% of my preflop range per PPT.

Ok then unfortunately we need to work out a different plan for every possible turn and river combination lol, because the value of a turn check through goes way up, but the value of calling down the whole way goes down. Like vs someone that just mindlessly bets the turn after check raising the flop, I think we call the turn 100% and reevaluate the river. Vs someone that doesn't I think many turns and rivers need to be folded.
