Maybe Dark Knight. Not sure how that works. We are all playing. I won’t be commentating but Radio Mike is a professional baseball broadcaster and is going to try to get in the booth for at least a little bit.

I believe we are playing 20/40 LHE

I believe SupBroTDK would be proper.

I wonder if we were some the first that cali said bye to or if he saved us for last.

You're better off mainlining crack.

DarkKnight, can you post a reminder in here on Wed? I'll definitely watch if I remember.
01-21-2019 , 10:30 PM
I’ll try to remember to do so. What’s the best way to watch the show afterwards? I don’t have a sub to anything currently.
01-21-2019 , 11:06 PM
AFAIK it can only be watched live for free. Do you know what time it starts? I would love to watch but I'll probably be on a plane during the game.
01-21-2019 , 11:12 PM
If you open up a link on youtube and stream it, that stays active for a few hours after the show is over and you can go back and watch it right after.

But after that, then yes a sub is the only way I'm sure.

OOoooh, risky business. I like it! I'll mainline some crack then sit in at Mississippi Stud!

Go get 'em! Just hope the rest of them are on acid bec you'll win for sure.
01-22-2019 , 12:45 PM
Don't be too sure about that; remember Dock Ellis.
01-22-2019 , 03:54 PM
I had to look that up. Pitching a no-hitter while on acid is awesome. I still wouldn't recommend it for poker, though. Those 5 s that you think you see will be costly.

Mainlining crack
Adding chips to my stack
Catchin' all the flack
Acquired heart attack

Movies? You think poker is boring, maybe two decent movies a year are made these days.

The old Bay 101 had a nice aquarium. You could do both at the same time, look at fishies and play LHE. Dunno if the new location has the aquarium though.

You can also go into Cabela's in Glendale and watch the fish in their giant tank. No saltwater fishes but it's free.
01-22-2019 , 09:23 PM
I thought it was Artichoke Joe's that had the aquaria.
01-23-2019 , 12:11 AM
I've spent thousands of hours at the old Bay 101 and am not sure whether they had an aquarium. 50/50?

I here that aquarium is awesome. Have you been there?

I agree with Pig regarding movies. I love going to movies but it's all a bunch of crapola these day's. The movie making talent is spread too thin amongst all of the different networks and streaming options.
01-23-2019 , 05:53 AM
It's good aquarium but I was expecting better. I rank the aquariums in Boston and Long Beach higher.

As for movies I don't really care if they're very good. I find them relaxing, takes my mind and lets it drift.

The Bay 101 aquarium was on the Cal games side, sorta near the Gold Room. The Shooting Star last few tables were held over on that side, so I watched the fishies a lot.

Where would you like me to post all my critique?
01-23-2019 , 06:59 PM
Twitch stream where I will never see it. Lol. You can post here. I don’t care. I’m more interested in playing an entertaining style tonight rather than a GTO one. We’ll see though.
