While the first sentence is probably true (Walmart does nothing but Amazon does a little), there's plenty to complain about Amazon.
Here's one article that I just happen to remember specifically because it was recent. Amazon gives business to questionable sellers/resellers and screws over the legitimate publishers and authors:

They've had other controversies around their Prime practices and price discrimination. Not to mention that after more or less actively destroying every mom and pop bookstore they could for the past 15 years they're opening brick and mortars now.
I mean don't get me wrong, I know they opened B&Ms because I went into one and spent money in one.
I'm not boycotting them, just pointing out that they're just as Big Business as any other big business.
