My friend's outdoor fire story: she was with some friends having a campfire and legitimately cooking outdoors, when the cops came by and cited whatever obscure law cops cite. The cops actually stood there and made people put out the fire and clean up. My friend is looking for her cookware and yells, "Where's my pot? I can't find my pot." Then she finds it and looks up, and everyone, cops and friends, are looking at her like she's the dumbest person in the world.

Hey callipygian - I played 3/6 at the Grand Casino in Shawnee OK tonight, and every single cocktail waitress was a callipygian! I'm surprised I didn't break my neck turning around to watch them walk away! I *had* to have gotten caught looking at least 3 times but nobody said anything.

I'm actually getting in pretty good shape myself (best I've looked and felt in years), but that doesn't make attempting mountain climbers on a bosu ball any easier

I did ss when I was 30, then again when I was 32, and then a bastardized version of powercleans , front squats, overhead press, and deadlifts at the age of 35.

Personal record:

Squat 225x3x5
Deadlift 275x1x5
Power clean + front squatx5 155x 3

Haven’t had a serious injury in almost ten years.

455x2 is my deadlift pr. Not bad considering I'm nearly 6'4" and blessed with chicken legs from my father.
